We are currently seeking a professional who will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Lead Dental Appliance Care business.
- Develop short/mid/long term brand strategy and plans aligned with regional and global teams.
- Adopt global innovation projects and develop locally, closely working with cross-functional teams composed of Marketing, Artwork, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Implement Connection and Activation plans.
- Ensure executional continuation of current launches and on-going business, including leading the holistic connection planning involving TV, Digital/Social aligned with Trade Marketing, dCommerce, and Expert team.
- Significantly enhance DAC digital campaigns by monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities through winning executions from successful markets and 'test and learn’.
- Phamacovigilance, Digital Registry, and Management Monitoring of brand website and social accounts.
- Strict adherence to NPI, Change Control, Artwork, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, and Compliance processes.
- Support the Oral Health category in data-generation, insighting, analysis, and brand performance monitoring.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- University graduate, preferably related to Marketing or Business Management
- 2 years of experience in the related field
