Ready to help entrepreneurs build the business credit they need to succeed? We're looking for an energetic Business Credit Coach to join our fast-growing team! You'll be the go-to expert who guides new business owners through building strong credit profiles from day one - think part coach, part consultant, and part cheerleader. If you love talking to people, enjoy problem-solving, and want to make a real impact on someone's business journey, this role is perfect for you. You'll spend your days having meaningful conversations with entrepreneurs who are excited about their future, teaching them proven credit strategies, analyzing their data, and celebrating their wins along the way. This is more than customer service - it's business coaching that changes lives, and you'll be doing it all from our awesome Las Vegas office with a team that genuinely supports each other's success.

This position will be on-site.

You will

• Guide and support clients in establishing and building their business credit
• Conduct outbound and inbound consultative calls, engaging with clients for approximately six hours per day
• Analyze and accurately input data crucial to the development of a strong credit profile
• Provide business startup consultations focused on business credit to enhance customer satisfaction
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal team members across various channels
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and client interactions
• Deliver outstanding customer service while advising clients on strategies to grow their businesses
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues as they arise
• Support special projects as needed and assigned

You have

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience with consultative sales or coaching conversations
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data entry
• Knowledge of business credit principles or willingness to learn quickly
• Excellent phone presence and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Goal-oriented approach with a drive for results
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in financial services, banking, or business consulting preferred

The base annual compensation for the role is $41,600. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors, including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.
