What you'll do here:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive market growth and commercialization goals for "Sky: Children of the Light."
- Identify and evaluate potential business partners, negotiate terms, and manage contracts to promote game marketing and user growth.
- Manage business collaborations with third-party platforms, channels, and partners, ensuring strong relationships and maximizing partnership benefits.
- Develop and implement IP licensing strategies, identify and evaluate potential licensing partners, negotiate terms, and manage contracts to maximize brand exposure and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (including marketing, legal, and product development) to ensure smooth execution of business and licensing agreements.
- Oversee the creation and approval of licensed products, ensuring they meet brand standards and resonate with the "Sky: Children of the Light" community.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of business and licensing partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, exploring renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to guide business and licensing strategies and identify new opportunities.
You Must:
1. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in game business development, brand licensing, or related roles, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
2. Knowledge: Deep understanding of "Sky: Children of the Light" and its community, with a passion for the game and its values.
3. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Analytical Ability: Proficient in analyzing market data, business and licensing performance metrics, and financial reports to drive decision-making.
5. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and strategically about business collaborations and licensing opportunities.
6. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
7. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
