As a Business Formation Specialist at Inc Authority, you will guide new business owners through their formation journey, turning business dreams into reality. This role involves working with warm leads, consulting on services like legal documentation, trademarks, business credit, and website development. You'll build genuine connections, master offerings through training, and track interactions in a CRM, all while making a real impact on entrepreneurs' lives with unlimited earning potential.
Must have:
  • Reach out to warm leads nationwide who are already motivated to launch their businesses.
  • Understand each client's unique business vision and match them with the right services.
  • Create genuine connections with clients that go beyond the initial sale.
  • Master our full range of business formation offerings through comprehensive training.
  • Stay organized and hit your targets by effectively tracking client interactions.
  • Focus your energy on high-quality conversations with pre-qualified leads.
  • Manage leads, track client interactions, and maintain detailed records using software.

This isn't your typical sales role - you'll work exclusively with warm leads (no cold calling!) who are already excited about starting their businesses. You'll consult on our comprehensive suite of services including legal documentation, trademarks, business credit, and website development, becoming the go-to expert who helps entrepreneurs succeed from day one. With our proven training program, supportive team environment, and uncapped commission structure, you'll have everything you need to thrive while making a real impact on people's lives and business aspirations.

This position will be onsite.

You will

  • Reach out to warm leads nationwide who are already motivated to launch their businesses. No cold calling - just eager clients ready to take action.
  • Understand each client's unique business vision and match them with the right services from our comprehensive portfolio to ensure their long-term success.
  • Create genuine connections with clients that go beyond the initial sale, fostering trust and generating repeat business opportunities.
  • Master our full range of business formation offerings through comprehensive training, giving you the confidence to guide any client toward success.
  • Stay organized and hit your targets by effectively tracking client interactions, follow-ups, and performance metrics in our CRM system.
  • Focus your energy on high-quality conversations with pre-qualified leads who are genuinely interested in our services, maximizing both your time and earning potential.
  • Software to manage leads, track client interactions, and maintain detailed records

You have

  • Thrives in goal-oriented environments and enjoys the energy of a fast-paced, results-driven workplace
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly and build lasting client relationships.
  • Self-driven and loves being in control of their own destiny - no hand-holding needed, just the freedom to excel and grow.
  • Has that special spark that draws people in and the confidence to guide conversations toward win-win outcomes.
  • Brings some customer service experience (even part-time or retail counts!) and genuinely cares about creating amazing experiences for every person they help.
  • Sales experience is awesome but not required - if there's passion and work ethic, we'll teach everything else needed to succeed!
  • Comfortable with technology and excited to learn new systems that will help crush goals.
  • High School Diploma or GED

The base compensation range for this role is $31,200, but individuals in the role can earn uncapped commission with total possible compensation being $100,000. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors, including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.
