Business Management Controller (m/f/d)

We are looking for YOU as a Business Management Controller (m/w/d) for our location in Bietigheim.

These challenges await you:

• Participation in, understanding, and challenging project reviews and monthly project reports.
• Provision of analyses of monthly results for management (explanation of deviations compared to budget, month N-1 for project activities).
• Consolidation of financial performance (weekly reporting) and KPIs (overdue items external and internal, internal control).
• Consolidation of "Back on Track" measures.
• Contribution to budget and MTP processes (guidelines, allocations, standard templates…).
• Benchmarking and standardization of management control tools.
• Execution of specific ad-hoc analyses.
• Proposals for solutions in disputes between sites, product lines, product groups (transfer prices, R&D allocations…).
• Execution of on-site management control reviews.
• Review and pre-validation of IAR (compliance with the corresponding workflow).
• Review and pre-validation of CAA (compliance with the corresponding workflow).
• Ensuring the provision of standard tools of the group/division/PG within the PL.
• Contribution to the Group Ethics & Compliance Program by applying and adhering to the Code of Ethics and Valeo policies.

This is what excites us:

• University degree in economics or engineering, ideally with a postgraduate business master's degree.
• 4-5 years of professional experience in a financial / business decision-making support environment.
• Experience in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Experience in collaboration with development and project management.
• Knowledge in digital transformation and controlling of software platform projects is desirable.
• Initial experience in technical leadership is desirable.
• High IT affinity and proficiency in MS Excel and common controlling systems, as well as relevant SAP knowledge are a must.
• You are open-minded, take initiative, and possess very good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent German and English skills, French an advantage.
• Assertive, hands-on mentality with strong teamwork skills.
