Job Description

The Process/Manufacturing Analyst at Valeo in Campinas will be responsible for industrialization tasks including designing tools, validating equipment, performing trials, and setting up process validation plans. The role also involves monitoring QCDM, optimizing equipment performance, reducing cycle time, and supporting production technicians in mass production. Additionally, the analyst will ensure standardization by validating and applying company standards and maintaining safety and environmental procedures.
Must Have:
  • Design small tools and validate supplier proposals.
  • Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or line.
  • Perform pre-acceptance and acceptance of the equipment.
  • Perform trials on the lines and deliver reports.
  • Build action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPR.
  • Perform and/or collect capabilities of equipment and process.
  • Set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN.
  • Participate on PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN.
  • Monitor QCDM and propose improvement.
  • Survey the performance of equipment, and always keep optimization in mind.
  • Work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costs.
  • Update routing on Information system with SPV validation.
  • Support production technician (training, analysis, problem solving).
  • Be in contact with the suppliers (improvement, support).
  • Participate to SPV workshop.
  • Participate to APU QRQC.
  • Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards which are created by Standard Owners.
  • Validate any change of standard proposed by sites.
  • Know, apply and promote the standards (PG, sites or corporate) in his domain.
  • Apply the SPV rules.
  • Ensure the respect of Safety and Environment procedures of Valeo Group.
  • Maintain the 5S and report issues.
  • Alert for safety rules infringement.
