The Business Support Executive assists the Business Team in sales and marketing strategy, contributing to the planning, coordination, and delivery of Business Development activities. Responsibilities include providing daily support to the Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager; coordinating and distributing marketing tools; managing event setup and registration; creating marketing materials for social media and websites; maintaining marketing material archives; providing Chinese-English translation; coordinating presales activities; overseeing merchandise stock and reporting on revenue; conducting market research and data analysis; and contributing to overall marketing and business development initiatives.

Job Description:
To assist the Business Team on the sales and marketing strategy and contribute to the planning, co-ordination and delivery of Business Development activity.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to the Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager on various business development and marketing initiatives.
Assist in the coordination and distribution of marketing & communication tools, including collateral, newsletters, client invitations, notifications and corporate gifts.
Market event set-up, management of registration, procuring and arrangement of meetings and follow-up afterwards.
Social media savvy and up-to-date on latest trends and news.
Coordinate the creation of marketing materials for various social media platform and website.
Organise and maintain good documentation as well as housekeeping of marketing materials archives within the system.
Provide translation from Chinese to English and vice versa.
Coordinate with presales activities ie preparing demo and presentation, follow up with requests from clients and suppliers.
Oversee merchandise stock and prepare relevant reports pertaining to revenue.
Conduct research, analyse data to assist with overall marketing and business development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in relevant business/marketing context
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Resourceful and creative when it comes to troubleshooting issues
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Able to contribute ideas to further improve processes and better flow of operations
Self-starter with keen sense of responsibility and organisational skills
Good command of PC software (e.g. MS Office) and typing skills (Chinese & English word processing)
