Join our Global Partner Program and Strategic Alliances Team to shape the future of our partner ecosystem. We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Partner Program & Marketing Manager to lead the design and execution of global partner programs and co-marketing initiatives. This role blends program management and partner marketing, working across functions and time zones to accelerate partner-driven growth and empower business partners.
Must Have:
  • Design and manage end-to-end partner programs, including tiers, benefits, onboarding, and enablement.
  • Design and execute recruitment, evaluation, and onboarding of partner programs aligned with strategic goals.
  • Maintain and improve partner tools and resources, such as the Trend Partner Portal and training materials.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance and program effectiveness, providing optimization recommendations.
  • Develop and execute partner marketing campaigns with regional teams to generate awareness, leads, and pipelines.
  • Create co-branded content including partner incentive programs, case studies, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and design teams to build scalable partner marketing assets.
  • Manage communication channels with partners, including newsletters and campaign updates.
  • Track and report on marketing metrics and partner campaign ROI.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner programs, partner marketing, or channel management.
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written, for effective global communication.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partner programs and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (resellers, service partners, tech alliances, SIs).

We’re looking for a versatile and results-driven Partner Program & Marketing Manager to lead the design and execution of our global partner programs and co-marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to blend program management and partner marketing, working across functions and time zones to accelerate partner-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

1.Partner Program Management:

  • Design and manage the end-to-end partner program, including tiers, benefits, onboarding, and enablement processes.
  • Design and execute recruitment, evaluate, and onboard related partner programs to align with strategic business goals.
  • Maintain and improve partner tools and resources, including Trend Partner Portal, training materials, and documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance and program effectiveness, providing regular reporting and optimization recommendations.

2.Partner Marketing:

  • Develop and execute partner marketing campaigns with regional channel teams and partners to generate awareness, leads, and pipelines.
  • Create co-branded content such as partner incentive program, case studies, solution briefs, email campaigns, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and design teams to build and maintain scalable partner marketing assets and toolkits.
  • Manage communication channels with partners, including newsletters, announcements, and campaign updates.
  • Track and report on marketing metrics and partner campaign ROI.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in partner programs, partner marketing, channel management, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones — some meetings may take place in early mornings or late evenings
  • Proven success in building and scaling partner programs and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (resellers, service partners, tech alliances, SIs, etc.)
