Lemon Sky Studios is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to manage and expand Greater China-based accounts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, building client relationships, negotiating agreements, and monitoring sales performance. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report key metrics to the executive team, contributing to the global animation studio's growth.
Must Have
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
- Monitor personal sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
- Track and report key business development metrics and KPIs.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in animation/gaming.
- Strong understanding of the Greater China market and business culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Lemon Sky Studios, a global animation studio, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the BD Director. This role will focus on managing and expanding our Greater China-based accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams for the covered market.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market research findings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Monitor personal sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align strategies.
- Track and report key business development metrics and KPIs to the executive team.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the animation, gaming, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the Greater China market and business culture.
