Job Description

The Business Travel Product Specialist will conduct comprehensive market research to identify product trends and opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to develop and improve products, and manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, coordinating product testing, managing communications, and tracking customer feedback and revenue. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of product management experience, bilingual Spanish and English skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
Must have:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify product trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze product performance data.
  • Engage and collaborate with suppliers to deploy new products/services or improve existing ones.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining product documentation and specifications.
  • Support product lifecycle management from conception to launch.
  • Prepare detailed product reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate product testing and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage product-related communication and support inquiries.
  • Track and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Track revenue generated by products and services.
  • Work closely with internal (local and global) teams to analyze the feasibility to launch functionalities in online booking tools.
  • Coordinate and support implementation plans to deploy changes in online booking tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in product management or related role.
  • Previous experience in travel or technology industry.
  • Bilingual capabilities: Spanish and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to changing business environments.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks according to the urgency and importance.

What You´ll Do:
