The Collections Process Experts are responsible for achieving service levels and key measurement targets within the team, delivering a high-quality and cost-effective service to drive business outcomes. They ensure customer-focused and compliant services through frictionless finance, processes, technologies, and methodologies. Their expertise involves chasing outstanding invoices from clients' customers. Entry and mid-Junior level in a Finance Administration role. Strong team player with the ability to build good relationships with their stakeholders. Able to act on own initiative with regular supervision. Understands when to seek guidance/escalate. Supports experienced Finance specialists delivering progress reporting, task management and documentation for Finance activity.
