You will be part of the Recruitment vertical, assessing talent needs, identifying critical workforces, and addressing talent gaps. Responsibilities include analyzing and solving complex problems, interacting with peers, and potentially interacting with clients or Accenture management. You will make decisions that impact your work and potentially the work of others, contributing individually or overseeing small efforts. This role may require rotational shifts.
