ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Defining Vision and Strategy: Establish and communicate the product vision, mission, and values, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Product Roadmap Creation: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables.

Tech Debt Management: Identify, prioritize, and manage technical debt to ensure long-term product stability and scalability.

Tech Roadmap Selections: Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to support the product roadmap and future growth.

Cloud and Microservices Architecture: Design and implement scalable cloud-based solutions and microservices architectures.

Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis of system failures and performance issues to prevent recurrence.

AWS Cloud Tech Stack: Utilize AWS services and tools to build, deploy, and manage cloud solutions effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and execution.

Decision Making: Make critical decisions regarding product features, technology stacks, and architectural patterns.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of product features, ensuring they meet quality standards and user expectations.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.

Innovation and Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product development team.
Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor product managers, designers, and engineers, providing guidance and support.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Oversee the design and implementation of complex technical solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable and robust.
Research and assess new technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization.
Work with various teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that architectural decisions align with business objectives

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE: Four-year college degree in computer science, engineering or related field plus a minimum of 18 years of related experience or advanced degree with 18+ years of related experience.

Programming Languages: Proficiency in various programming languages such as Python, C#, .NET, Java, or C++.

Frameworks and Tools: Experience with frameworks and tools relevant to product development and architecture.

Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Microservices: Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.

CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools and practices.

Monitoring and Logging: Skills in monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.

Root Cause Analysis: Ability to perform root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

Security Best Practices: Understanding of security best practices and tools to ensure product security.

Data Analysis: Skills in data analysis and interpretation to make informed product decisions.
User-Centric Design: Ability to incorporate user-centric design principles into product development.

Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions
