Job Description

This role involves designing and implementing cinematic cutscenes for a video game. You will be responsible for planning camera angles and movements, creating character animations, designing lighting, and integrating sound effects and music. Collaboration with other departments, such as scenario writers and animators, is crucial to ensure a cohesive storytelling experience.

Responsibilities:

仕事内容

1. カットシーンの企画・演出設計

ストーリーボードやシナリオに基づき、シーンの演出設計を行います。最適なカメラアングルやカメラワーク、シーン構成を計画し、視覚的に強いインパクトを持つ演出を目指します。

2. キャラクターアニメーションの演出

キャラクターの表情や動作、感情表現を担当し、物語に深みを与える演出を行います。アニメーターやモーションキャプチャーチームと連携し、リアルかつ説得力のあるキャラクター表現を追求します。

3. カメラワークとライティングの設計

シーンの雰囲気を最大限に引き出すカメラワークとライティングを設計し、特定のテーマや感情を効果的に伝えるビジュアルを作り上げます。

4. 音響やBGMとのコラボレーション

サウンドデザイナーと協力して、シーンに合わせた音響やBGMを組み込み、視覚と音の両面で感動を与えるカットシーンを制作します。

5. カットシーンの実装と最適化

使用するエンジン(Unreal Engine、Unityなど)にて、カットシーンの実装とパフォーマンス最適化を行います。高品質を維持しつつ、各プラットフォームでの動作を確保します。

6. 他部門との調整とフィードバック反映

シナリオライター、美術、アニメーションなどの他部門と密接に連携し、ゲーム全体のストーリーやビジュアルに沿った一貫性ある演出を実現します。

Job Description

1. Planning and Direction Design for Cutscenes

Plan and design scene direction based on storyboards and scripts. Create plans for optimal camera angles, camera work, and scene composition to achieve visually impactful presentations.

2. Character Animation Direction

Take charge of character expressions, movements, and emotional portrayals to enhance the depth of the story. Collaborate with animators and motion capture teams to pursue realistic and convincing character depictions.

3. Camera Work and Lighting Design

Design camera work and lighting that maximizes the atmosphere of scenes and creates visuals that effectively convey specific themes and emotions.

4. Collaboration with Sound and BGM

Work with sound designers to integrate sound effects and background music that align with scenes, producing cutscenes that evoke emotion through both visual and auditory elements.

5. Implementation and Optimization of Cutscenes

Implement and optimize cutscenes using engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity. Ensure high quality while maintaining functionality across different platforms.

6. Coordination and Feedback Integration with Other Departments Collaborate closely with scenario writers, artists, animators, and other departments to achieve consistent direction that aligns with the overall story and visual presentation of the game.

Requirements:

応募資格

AAAタイトルでのカットシーン制作や演出の経験(優遇)

カメラワーク、ライティング、アニメーションに関する豊富な知識

ゲームエンジン(Unreal Engine、Unityなど)でのカットシーン制作経験

映像制作やアニメーションにおけるストーリーテリングのスキル

他部門とのコミュニケーション能力と協調性が高い方

Qualifications

- Experience in creating and directing cutscenes for AAA titles (preferred)

- Extensive knowledge of camera work, lighting, and animation

- Experience in creating cutscenes using game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity - Storytelling skills in video production and animation

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments

完全週休2日制(土日・祝日)

入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日
