Experience Required : 8-12 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution/ business development. Should have handled team in the past.

Reporting Matrix : The role will report to the Regional Manager and will have 5-10 on roll Area Sales Manager as direct reports also down the line approx 700 -1000 people reporting as per hierarchy
