This Client Engagement Analyst role focuses on assisting newly signed clients with onboarding onto Acadia applications and expanding usage for current clients. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about margin messaging and collateral workflow, applying this expertise to help clients use our technology. Responsibilities include providing a positive customer experience, responding to inquiries, and leading projects to enable clients to become independent users of our software. The role involves coordinating with sales, conducting kickoff calls and demos, and setting up clients in our proprietary system.
Must have:
  • Assist newly signed clients with onboarding onto Acadia applications.
  • Work with current clients to expand their usage of Acadia applications.
  • Be knowledgeable about margin messaging and collateral workflow.
  • Apply knowledge to assist clients in using Acadia technology.
  • Work within a team to provide customers a positive experience.
  • Respond to inquiries.
  • Lead projects to assist clients in becoming independent users of software.
  • Be in sync with the sales team for client handoff.
  • Provide kickoff calls and product demos.
  • Set up clients in proprietary system (updating and creating agreements, establishing client realms, working with support to create users).
  • Provide clear updates and up-to-date tracking using specific software.

Job Details

This Client Engagement Analyst role resides within Acadia’s Client Engagement team. The focus of the role is to assist newly signed clients with onboarding onto Acadia applications and to work with current clients to expand their usage of our applications.

The right candidate will be knowledgeable about margin messaging, understand different the collateral workflow and able to apply this knowledge to assist clients in using our technology.

Responsibilities will include working within a team to provide customers a postive experience, responding to inquiries, and leading projects to assist clients in becoming independent users of our software! Our group takes on clients as they leave the sale cycle, requiring that we are in sync with the sales team and ready to lead the project by providing kickoff calls, product demos, and setting up the client in our proprietary system. Set up will include updating and creating agreements in the system, establishing client realms, and working with the support team to create users for specific roles. We use specific software to track our progress and the candidate will be responsible for providing clear updates and up to date tracking.

This role will give the right person the opportunity to grow and learn in the areas of client communication, responsiveness and working with in a team structure!

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Proficient in MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of AcadiaHub a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
