We are looking for new talent to join our team. This position is based in La Défense. It is a hybrid position with remote work.
Within the Affinity Department, Marsh is looking for a Client Manager whose mission will be to maintain and develop their client portfolio in the field of Regulated Professions to achieve assigned growth objectives.

We count on you to:
- Manage the commercial relationship with clients by developing a relationship of trust,
- Prospect new clients from qualified professional files
- Schedule appointments and organize your client - prospect visits
- Provide the client with a high level of expertise and know how to create a privileged long-term relationship
- Identify and analyze the needs and challenges of clients and prospects in order to deploy commercial offers
- Integrate client issues and coordinate with advisors and experts the design of new programs based on emerging demand or specific needs,
- Implement and coordinate risk studies, tariff research/premium calculations with technical services,
- Monitor the client, alert them to new risks and propose specific actions
- Manage and coordinate the service provided to the client, ensure client satisfaction by ensuring that commitments made are respected
- Coordinate and manage the exchange of information concerning the client and solicit regular feedback from the client and communicate it to the relevant departments
What we expect from you:
- With a Bac + 4/5 degree in Insurance or Business School, you have at least 10 years of experience in the Insurance sector in a similar position.
- Commercial skills: listening and empathy, interpersonal ease,
- Mastery of insurance, ideally specialization in regulated professions
- Language: Professional English
- IT: proficiency in IT tools (Office pack)
- Other: autonomous and rigorous
