Operations and Service Specialist in Cars

Description:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in the Operations area. For this role, you can apply for any of the following locations. This is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in the field of fleet, heavy equipment, and truck insurance, and maintaining strong client relationships.

We will count on you for:

• Processing policy issuance, ensuring all documentation is complete and correct, including vehicle information.
• Following up on policy renewals and notifying clients about specific dates and requirements.
• Performing policy endorsements and cancellations.
• Following up on collections with the client and insurer according to what was agreed for each account.
• Client site visits for insured assistance.
• Following up and communicating for specific claims procedures.
• Customer service.

What you need to have:

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry – with expertise in car, fleet, heavy equipment, and truck policies.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Intermediate Excel (Data cross-referencing and pivot tables).
• Basic - intermediate English is a plus.
• Ability to handle software for information entry and ticket tracking.
