Marsh McLennan is actively seeking a talented Operations and Service Specialist in Cars to join their dynamic team within the Operations area. This hybrid role, based in San Pedro Garza García, Mexico, mandates working at least three days a week in the office. The specialist will be primarily responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in the specialized field of fleet, heavy equipment, and truck insurance, while also cultivating and maintaining robust client relationships. Key duties include processing policy issuance, meticulously managing renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, as well as providing crucial support for specific claims procedures and ensuring effective collection follow-ups.
Must Have
- Process policy issuance, ensuring all documentation is complete and correct, including vehicle information.
- Follow up on policy renewals and notify clients about specific dates and requirements.
- Perform policy endorsements and cancellations.
- Follow up on collections with the client and insurer according to what was agreed for each account.
- Client site visits for insured assistance.
- Follow-up and communication for specific claims procedures.
- Customer service.
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry – with expertise in car, fleet, heavy equipment, and truck policies.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Customer service attitude.
- Intermediate Excel (Data cross-referencing and pivot tables).
- Ability to handle software for information entry and ticket tracking.

What you need to have:

- 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry – with expertise in car, fleet, heavy equipment, and truck policies.

- Basic - intermediate English is a plus.
- Ability to handle software for information entry and ticket tracking.
