Job Summary
The Global Enterprise Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team in terms of reporting and data analytics. This role involves working closely with sales leadership for strategic planning and goal setting, assisting with sales forecasting, and contributing to sales strategies through data-driven insights. The analyst will maintain the CRM system for data accuracy, develop reports and dashboards for performance insights, and identify process improvement opportunities. Portions of this role may be global, requiring meetings outside typical business hours.
Must Have
- Drive sales forecasting and quota setting processes for Enterprise Strategic Account and Mobile Video sales.
- Provide support to the sales team with data, reports, and insights.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations.
- Provide training to the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Track and report on key sales metrics like conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and pipeline management.
- Develop strategies and process improvement initiatives for efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Apply data cleansing techniques and develop new data acquisition methods.
- Manage ad hoc projects to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in sales compensation and commission calculations.
Good to Have
- 5+ years experience in Sales Operations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau sales applications (report and dashboard creation, knowledge of sales cycle and territory management).
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets at advanced level.
- Fluency in Google (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.).
- Experienced in Order and Revenue Forecasting models.
- Understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet PIVOT tables and basic functionality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to foster collaborative and effective working relationships.
- Analytical and judgment skills to identify cause-and-effect relationships and present recommendations.
- Effective time management, project management, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to operate with limited direction.
- Ability to work outside normal business hours to accommodate international time zones.

As a result, this enables sales to achieve their short and long-term objectives.
Job Description
The Global Enterprise Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team in terms of reporting and data analytics. They will work closely with sales leadership to support strategic planning and goal setting, assist with sales forecasting, and contribute to the development of sales strategies through data-driven insights. They will maintain the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Portions of this business will be global in nature and may require meetings outside of typical business hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive the sales forecasting and quota setting processes for the Enterprise Strategic Account and Mobile Video sales organization
- Providing support to the sales team in terms of data, reports, and insights to enhance their effectiveness
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Managing and maintaining salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline sales operations
- Providing training to the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices
- Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and pipeline management
- Develop strategies and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and productivity as well as apply data cleansing techniques and develop new data acquisition methods
- Manage ad hoc projects in order to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in sales compensation and commission calculations
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Sales Operations
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau sales applications – report and dashboard creation, knowledge of sales cycle and territory management
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets at advanced level as well as fluency in Google (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.)
- Experienced in Order and Revenue Forecasting models
- Understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet PIVOT tables and basic functionality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, sales team members, and the IT team
- Ability to foster collaborative and effective working relationships to drive change and build consensus with cross-functional teams in the US and internationally
- Analytical and judgment skills necessary to identify cause-and-effect relationships and present recommendations and be able to present complex data in simple understandable format
- Effective time management, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Self-motivated and able to operate with limited direction in a fast-paced project-driven environment
- Ability to work outside normal business hours in order to accommodate international time zones
Target Base Salary Range: $72,500 - $82,5000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
