We’re looking for an experienced Cloud Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Field Specialists – Cloud, this role will have a direct impact on sales and the product roadmap for the Zero Trust Networking portfolio. You will be responsible for:
- Serving as the technical expert for Zero Trust (ZT) Networking in Cloud environments, focusing on AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to provide technical insights that influence the product roadmap
- Leading conversations about Zero Trust Networking trends, strategies, and deployment with customers at all organizational levels
- Supporting customer Proof-of-Value engagements, in collaboration with Solution Engineers, demonstrating Zscaler’s unique value proposition
- Providing competitive insights and positioning Zscaler solutions as the best alternative
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent certifications/experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Business Development, or Technical Sales
- Hands-on expertise in security, networking, and applications, with practical experience on at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong presentation and communication skills to engage with diverse audiences, from practitioners to executives
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Private Access (ZPA)
- Experience delivering cloud-based solutions or working within Zero Trust frameworks
- Previous engagement in influencing product strategy or providing directional inputs for product roadmaps

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
