Job Description

Sabre is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Engineer for its global Online Customer Performance team, focusing on optimizing shop-to-book performance for online travel agencies (OTA). This role involves serving as a technical advisor for Sabre’s advanced airfare shopping engine, collaborating with product, engineering, and commercial teams to identify improvements, troubleshoot complex performance issues, and drive results for key APAC customer accounts. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and technical skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Must Have:
  • Lead initiatives to optimize fare response time, pricing accuracy, itinerary diversity and bookability in Sabre’s airfare shopping platform
  • Monitor and analyze shop-to-book system performance using internal tools, dashboards and diagnostic reports
  • Serve as a regional subject matter expert and performance advocate for OTA partners across APAC
  • Support cross-functional teams in diagnosing and resolving technical incidents, escalations and JIRA tickets
  • Develop custom performance strategies aligned to customer goals and evolving shopping behaviors
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions that improve customer experience and system efficiency
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the global Service Delivery team
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery, technical account management or product operations within travel technology or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in airfare shopping platforms, OTA workflows and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and drive actionable insights
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across technical and business teams

As a Senior Service Delivery Engineer supporting customers across the APAC region, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor focused on the performance of Sabre’s advanced airfare shopping engine. You will collaborate across product, engineering and commercial teams to identify improvement opportunities, troubleshoot complex performance issues and drive measurable results for key customer accounts. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, technical fluency and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to optimize fare response time, pricing accuracy, itinerary diversity and bookability in Sabre’s airfare shopping platform.
  • Monitor and analyze shop-to-book system performance using internal tools, dashboards and diagnostic reports.
