Job Description

SpecterOps is seeking a Commercial Account Manager for the BloodHound Enterprise team, focusing on closing new logos. This remote role in the U.S. requires a highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented seller with 3-5 years of BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales experience in cybersecurity and SaaS. The ideal candidate will own the full sales lifecycle, meet individual quotas, and contribute to pipeline growth, with an On Target Earnings range of $125,000 - $175,000 annually.

Must Have:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for SMB opportunities for BloodHound Enterprise
  • Manage full sales lifecycle from lead qualification to close
  • Lead prosecution, demo scheduling, and professional follow-through for prospective customers
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity within salesforce.com
  • Support sales and marketing teams in orchestrating email and account-based marketing campaigns
  • Support and co-sell with the growing channel community
  • Exhibit at booths and scan interested leads with appropriate notes
  • Attend field marketing events as needed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience selling SaaS service and/or cybersecurity
  • 3-5 years BDR, SDR or Inside Sales experience
  • Based in a Western US state
  • Motivated to meet and exceed assigned sales quota
  • Ownership of sales cycle, qualifying and tracking progress independently
  • Independent, resilient, self-motivated, and success-driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to manage change in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation

SpecterOps is searching for a Commercial Account Manager to support the BloodHound Enterprise team. This role will be focused on closing net new logos, providing an excellent opportunity to develop and advance your career in technology sales. We are seeking a seller who is highly motivated, professional, an excellent communicator, and detail oriented with familiarity in cybersecurity and SaaS-based solution sales.

If you are someone who has experience with Inside Sales, owning the full sales lifecycle, with a proven track record of meeting individual quotas, we want to hear from you.

Salary Range: base salary annually, commensurate with experience + commission

  • On Target Earnings: $125,000 - $175,000

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings.

  • Based in a Western US state
  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience selling SaaS service and / or cybersecurity
  • 3-5 years BDR, SDR or Inside Sales experience
  • Based in a western US state
  • Motivated to meet and exceed assigned sales quota
  • Ownership of sales cycle, qualifying and tracking progress independently to substantially contribute to inbound pipeline growth
  • Must be independent, resilient, self-motivated and success-driven, yet desire to work within a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to manage change in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.
