Figma is seeking a Commercial Solutions Consultant in Berlin, Germany, to join its growing team. This role is crucial for driving Figma's growth in the commercial segment, partnering with sales to demonstrate the platform's value, decrease time to value for customers, and ensure long-term impact. The consultant will build strong relationships across Sales, Product, and Marketing, focusing on supporting commercial teams and influencing product development.
Must have:
  • Guide customers in realizing Figma Platform value via product demos and presentations.
  • Support Sales by addressing Figma platform questions and showcasing digital product delivery acceleration.
  • Manage customer IT/Security relationships, addressing security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity, and enterprise questions.
  • Collaborate with Product/Support to enhance account security and influence product roadmap.
  • Strengthen Figma's security reputation by resolving customer data access concerns with product/legal.
  • Design and scale technical sales efforts, connecting customers, sales, and product teams.
  • Create thoughtful content for customers and internal partners on the Figma platform.
  • Collaborate with Figmates, hone craft, execute daily, and operate with autonomy.
  • 2+ years professional experience with proven problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication, compelling presentations, and product demonstration skills.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
  • Ability to prioritize competing customer demands and balance business needs.
  • Fluency in German.
Good to have:
  • Experience positioning technology in a presales capacity and implementing technology post-sales.
  • Familiarity with developer workflows and frontend frameworks.

We are looking for an additional member of our growing solutions consultant team to support our commercial segment. This role will be the first hire dedicated to support our commercial teams and will be pivotal to driving Figma’s growth within the region. You’ll partner with established teams across our sales organization to drive value within our customer base, decreasing their time to value, and helping them sustain long-term impact. You'll build strong relationships across Sales, Product, and Marketing.

This is a full time role that will be held from our Berlin office.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Paint the vision of the Figma Platform and guide customers in realizing the value through product demonstrations and presentations
  • Support the Sales team by addressing Figma platform questions and showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery to prospective customers (pre-sales) and existing customers (post-sales)
  • Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity and enterprise questions
  • Collaborate with Product and Support to identify opportunities for enhancing account security through new product features and help influence the product roadmap
  • Strengthen Figma's security reputation by understanding customer concerns about data access and working with product and legal teams to resolve findings
  • Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations and connections between our customers, sales and product teams
  • Create thoughtful content to delight customers and internal partners surrounding the Figma platform.Collaborate with amazing Figmates to hone your craft and execute daily. We are looking for fantastic life-long learners who can operate with autonomy

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 2+ years professional experience with proven ability to problem solve
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Excellent communication skills within a variety of audiences and a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business
  • Fluency in German

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience positioning technology in a presales capacity and implementing technology post-sales
  • Familiarity with developer workflows and frontend frameworks
