The Crown Is Yours

As a Compliance Analyst, you'll play a key role in upholding the integrity of our Compliance & Risk programs. In this role, you'll design and execute risk-based testing to ensure our controls are working effectively and in line with regulatory requirements. Working across Compliance, Legal, and Business teams, you'll identify high-risk areas, support assurance reviews, and contribute to building a culture of proactive risk management. This is a high-impact role where your sharp eye and analytical mindset will help shape the future of responsible gaming and compliance across the business.

What You'll Do

• Perform targeted control testing to validate compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Ensure work papers and compliance testing reports present the results clearly, including material findings and recommendations.
• Document test plans and results in a GRC tool, including documentation of identified issues.
• Review and analyze test results to identify trends, recommend control enhancements, and validate remediation efforts through evidence-based guidance.
• Support test builds under the direction of the Assurance Manager.
• Provide support, as needed, on assurance reviews on high-risk areas to assess compliance with regulations.
• Support additional compliance and risk program elements as necessary, ensuring adaptability to evolving organizational needs.

What You'll Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or a related field, with a preference for candidates who have testing or audit experience.
• Experience in testing controls in a regulated environment.
• Ability to understand and apply regulatory requirements.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Drive.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
• Fluency in English.
