Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Concept Artist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visual designs and illustrations that serve as the initial concepts for characters, environments, equipment, props, and user interface elements in our core title - Engines of Fury. Responsibilities include creating compelling concept art, referencing game design documents, iterating on designs based on feedback, collaborating with other artists, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. A deep understanding of the video game development process and strong time-management skills are essential.

We are seeking a talented and creative Concept Artist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visual designs and illustrations that serve as the initial concepts for characters, environments, equipment, props, and user interface elements in our core title - Engines of Fury.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create compelling concept art, including character designs, environments, props, and user interface elements.
- Reference game design documents to develop an understanding of the environments, objectives, atmospheres, story, and style of the project.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from the team, and make revisions as necessary.
- Work closely with 3D modelers, animators, and other artists to ensure that the final assets are of the highest quality.
- Work within project timelines and deadlines, and communicate any potential delays or issues to the team in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in concept art and visual design.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in fine arts, illustration or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as Photoshop and 3D modeling software (Blender, Maya).
- Strong drawing and illustration skills, with the ability to create both traditional and digital art.
- Understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the creative team.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Deep understanding of the video game development process.
