Esko is hiringContent Developer. The candidate should have creativity and zeal to learn the product needs and align accordingly and should be willing to work as an individual contributor. Responsibilities and key activities:
Comfortable with critically analyzing SME input to develop scripts.
Capable of independently writing scripts and making videos/modules from them (alpha versions):
Interactive eLearning material (tutorials & product introductions)
Training videos (what’s new & how-to)
Training hand-outs (provided as downloadable material, e.g. a cheat sheet)
Knowledge checks within a module
Capable of doing sufficient self-review of modules/videos.
Project management tasks:
Track completed tasks and progress (Teams)
Time tracking for the development tasks
Interact with the SME(s) on content-related issues
Conduct project tasks in such a way that deadlines are kept
Capable of reviewing enough to ensure quality.
Comfortable and willing to do Peer Reviews. Capacity for learning new technologies, instructional principles…
Identifying effective functional gaps in
Content (quality of simulation, quality of implemented script)
Participate in and contribute to team discussions about EBL scope, mission and strategy.
Involvement in supportive tasks for content development:
Provide input for templates that need to be developed (interactive & videos)
Provide input for optimizing and refining the content development methodology
Testing and evaluating new development tools
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to team and management.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Qualifications And Technical Knowledge
Qualifications: Any bachelor’s degree with certification on Content development.
At least 1-3 years of work experience with at least 1 year of experience with Content development for Products
Experience with design in building responsive and adaptive content using industry standard design tools such as Adobe, Captivate, Camtasia etc
Knowledge of cross-platform application guidelines is a must.
Extremely organized and detail oriented. Html and CSS skills are a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good analytical skills and self-initiative to learn product needs, tools with an ability to take direction while offering strong initiative.
Ability to think outside the box in terms of innovative content.
