We are currently seeking an eager and meticulous individual to join the Revenue Team. The Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the SVP and revenue team with various projects and tasks. The individual must be extremely detail oriented, have the ability to multitask, possesses knowledge of various DSP's and retail accounts.
How You'll CREATE:
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following duties and may include other special projects:
- Hit Lists (all IC releases)
- Asset Management : Compiling and updating asset folders (images and music)
- Release Schedule Management
- Revenue Team Support: Update and maintain pitch notes, Product Planning Meeting, Team Scheduling, Notetaking, Administrative Support
- Revenue Team Tickets: Maintain show calendar, Responsible for communicating Revenue/Partner ticket needs back to Tour Marketing
- SVP's Schedule and Expenses

- BA degree in Music Business or related field
- Ability to multitask
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work cross functionally with other internal teams to fulfill company strategic goals.
- Knowledge of physical sales and streaming platforms
- A strong will to continuously improve and question how things are done.
- Proficient in MS Office suite
