How We LEAD:
The Coordinator, Market Development will serve as a key liaison within the Re:Think label. Re:Think is the innovative distribution and label services arm of Capitol CMG. Re:Think is dedicated to championing and serving the labels and artists of tomorrow by using the latest strategies and tactics in the ever-evolving landscape of music.
The Coordinator, Market Development is expected to support business through the organization and execution of music releases, timely delivery of assets, and accuracy of metadata across systems. This individual thrives on detail, communication, and proactive problem-solving while keeping projects on track and ensuring partners feel supported.
How You’ll Create:
- Review release schedules and asset readiness up to five weeks out
- Build and maintain asset folders for releases, ensuring all materials are accessible to internal and external partners
- Track missing assets and provide updates to leadership on status
- Reach out to partners directly for missing materials or updates when requested
- Review and update whitesheets to confirm accuracy and completeness
- Verify release metadata
- Prepare pre-save links for upcoming releases and share with partners when needed
- Distribute stems to church resource partners; coordinate partner onboarding for new artists
- Document partner meetings, capturing support needs, questions, and best practices
- Update internal tracking documents
- Maintain and update the Re:Think website as needed
- Manage budget administration, including purchase orders, vendor payments, and expense reporting for SVP
- Serve as liaison between internal teams and partners, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Suggest workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Bring Your VIBE:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, music, entertainment, project coordination, or administration
- Proven ability to manage timelines, creative deliverables, and partner relationships
- Familiarity with Christian/Worship music preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and project management tools (Asana preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- College degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Team-first mentality, results-driven, and entrepreneurial approach to work
