Kolibri Games seeks a Creative Marketing Lead to oversee the creation and strategy of impactful user acquisition and marketing assets for their mobile game portfolio. This role involves leading a team of creative professionals (playable ad developers, motion designers, and artists), managing external agencies, analyzing campaign performance, and developing innovative creative concepts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, along with a deep understanding of mobile game marketing trends and a passion for games. Responsibilities include overseeing creative production, team management, performance analysis, and collaboration with other teams (user acquisition, ASO, product).
Must have:
- 3+ years' experience in marketing or performance creative role
- Lead creative teams (motion designers, playable ad developers, 2D/3D artists)
- Oversee entire creative production process
- Strong analytical skills & data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (English proficiency)

Creative Marketing Lead (f/m/d)
We are seeking a Creative Lead to drive the creation and strategy of impactful user acquisition and marketing assets for our mobile gaming portfolio. You will oversee a talented team of playable ad developers, motion designers, and artists. In collaboration with user acquisition experts, you will shape and execute data-driven creative strategies, leveraging performance insights and market trends to produce engaging ads that captivate global audiences.
This role requires a balance of creative vision, operational excellence, and strategic thinking to elevate the quality of marketing assets continually.

Responsibilities
- Oversee creative production from analysis and ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with user acquisition strategies and business goals.
- Lead and manage an advertising team of creative professionals, fostering talent growth through recruitment, coaching, and mentorship.
- Effectively manage relationships with freelancers and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze the performance of creative campaigns and assets, using data to refine strategies and improve KPIs.
- Drive the development of new creative concepts and approaches. Generate innovative ideas and solutions, with a strong understanding of current mobile game marketing trends and a passion for games and creative design
- Collaborate with the user acquisition, ASO and product teams.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing or performance creative role.
- Proven experience leading a creative team of 3+ members, including motion designers, playable ad developers, and 2D/3D artists; experience managing external freelancers and creative agencies is a plus.
- Expertise in overseeing the entire creative production process, from analysis and ideation to final execution, across multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in market research, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
