Job Description

Lead and mentor a creatives team, ensuring alignment with brand style and product vision. Oversee the development of visual concepts, marketing creatives, and brand assets, guaranteeing high-quality execution and consistency. Provide constructive feedback, define brand style guidelines, and collaborate with ASO specialists to refine creative strategies. Support creative testing, analyze performance metrics, and research trends in kids’ entertainment, design, and mobile gaming. Manage project priorities, timelines, and cross-team communication for smooth execution.
Must have:
  • Strong background in graphic design with at least 3 years of experience in design, creative production, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and guiding teams of creatives.
  • Show an excellent eye for visual details, composition, color, and typography.
  • Be familiar with marketing performance metrics (CTR, IR, IPM) and comfortable collaborating on data-driven creative decisions.
  • Have a proven track record of managing and prioritizing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
  • Have experience providing creative feedback, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with brand identity and product vision.
  • Have experience in mentoring and developing team members, fostering creativity, and ensuring team growth.

Job Details

You will

  • Lead and mentor our creatives team ensuring alignment with the company’s brand style and product vision
  • Oversee the development of visual concepts, marketing creatives, and brand assets, guaranteeing high-quality execution and consistency across all projects
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to the creatives team on visuals and design elements, ensuring they fit the product’s style, communicate the core idea, and resonate with the target audience
  • Define and drive brand style guidelines, making sure our games and marketing materials maintain a strong, recognizable identity
  • Collaborate closely with the ASO specialist to develop and refine creative strategies that improve conversion rates across app stores
  • Support creative testing and iteration processes, analyzing performance metrics to refine visuals and boost campaign results
  • Research trends in kids’ entertainment, design, and mobile gaming to inspire and elevate the team’s creative output
  • Ensure smooth creative project execution by managing priorities, timelines, and cross-team communication

You should

  • Have a strong background in graphic design, with at least 3 years of experience in design, creative production, or similar roles
  • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and guiding teams of creatives, including video, design, and playable ad leads
  • Show an excellent eye for visual details, composition, color, and typography, with the ability to uphold and elevate brand style
  • Be familiar with marketing performance metrics (CTR, IR, IPM) and comfortable collaborating on data-driven creative decisions
  • Have a proven track record of managing and prioritizing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality execution from start to finish
  • Have experience providing creative feedback, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with brand identity and product vision
  • Have experience in mentoring and developing team members, fostering creativity, and ensuring team growth while meeting business objectives
