Job Details

  • Oversee creative team leads across video, playables, and design, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and high-quality execution of diverse projects
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional creative results by setting high standards, mentoring team leads, and steering efforts toward measurable business outcomes
  • Develop comprehensive creative strategies for the marketing funnel, focusing on sales, KPIs, and audience engagement at every stage
  • Write comprehensive briefs for the creative team, focusing on sales and other KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with the ASO specialist to develop and refine creative strategies that improve conversion rates across app stores
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, measure success, and guide the creative direction for ads and app store assets
  • Work closely with Production, Publishing and UA teams to ensure seamless creative projects execution
  • Regularly research trends in kids’ entertainment, games, and digital behavior, and present insights to the broader team to inform creative planning
  • Gather and interpret insights about the target audience to shape creative direction
  • Supervise creative testing and iteration processes, optimizing output based on performance metrics and engagement data
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in mobile gaming, user acquisition, and advertising to ensure the creative projects remains fresh, relevant, and performance-driven
You should
  • Have 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing roles such as Creative Producer, Creative Strategist, Creative Performance Specialist, Senior ASO Manager, or a similar position
  • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and guiding teams of creatives, including video, design, and playable ad leads
  • Have a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies across multiple marketing channels
  • Possess a deep understanding of key metrics (e.g., CTR, IR, IPM) and the ability to analyze creative test results to make data-driven decisions
  • Have a proven track record of managing and prioritizing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality execution from start to finish
  • Be highly collaborative, able to work seamlessly with ASO specialists, UA and Publishing teams
  • Have experience in mentoring and developing team members, fostering creativity, and ensuring team growth while meeting business objectives

  • Your monthly salary will be between 2500 - 4000 EUR (gross), depending on your level of experience
