Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. Our team consists of 190+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
Our mission: to unite and excite people all over the world.
We’re hiring an experienced Delivery / Project Manager to lead a transformation of our FTUE (First Time User Experience) team’s workflow — from a legacy agile-waterfall hybrid into a fast, measurable and hypothesis-driven system, without burning out the team.
You’ll work within a tight cross-functional FTUE team alongside a Product Manager, Designers, Engineers, QA, and Analysts.
Your mission:
Design, own, and evolve a delivery system that enables fast, hypothesis-driven iterations — and actively influence technical strategy by surfacing missing capabilities that block speed.
Measure and continuously improve the system, both hands-on and by empowering others.
Level-up the team’s delivery capabilities through structured feedback, performance coaching, and cultural modeling.
If you know that fast iteration speed beats perfect planning, love tracking and removing delivery bottlenecks, and want to build — not inherit — the system that makes the team learn and deliver value faster — this role is for you.
Design, run, and evolve a delivery system where individual contributors can make independent progress with minimal coordination overhead.
Own the full iteration loop — from setting goals to scoping, planning, building, testing, releasing, and learning from each iteration.
Continuously monitor and resolve delivery risks, blockers and friction — including WIP overload, unclear scope, dependency gaps — either independently or via escalation.
Forecast iteration timelines using historical and real-time data.
Develop and maintain focused rituals that enable continuous delivery (e.g. planning, review, stand-ups, etc.)
Create and evolve a delivery metrics system (e.g. cycle time, lead time, time-to-insight, WIP load, iteration throughput, etc.)
Identify and lead delivery improvement initiatives — in collaboration with the team, based on data, retros, and repeated observations.
Give immediate feedback to team members on delivery-related behaviors and escalate capability gaps through performance review cycles.
Participate in hiring and onboarding — assess delivery-relevant capabilities, and accelerate time from first day to independent contribution.
