QA Team Lead

The QA Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality and testing of game functions on mobile platforms throughout all stages of the product development lifecycle. This includes making decisions on the quality of functions, managing errors, and being responsible for the quality of the delivered product at the team level. They will manage and develop a team of QA engineers (2-5 people), including motivation, technical assessment, support for employee development, determining the required team composition and qualifications, conducting technical interviews, and participating in hiring. They will also be responsible for assessing, planning, prioritizing, and distributing tasks at the team level, implementing changes, and optimizing processes and approaches within the team, as well as monitoring compliance with requirements.
