DNEG Animation seeks a Creature TD - CFX to develop animation and simulation rigs for creatures, digital doubles, vehicles, and props. Responsibilities include finding technical and creative solutions for high-quality rigs and simulations, meeting production needs. This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in feature films/animation, proficiency in Maya and Houdini, and a strong understanding of creature rigging, simulation (cloth, hair, flesh, rigid body destruction, crowd simulations), and pipeline issues. Strong visual and artistic skills are essential. Experience with programming (Python, Mel) and a general TD background is beneficial.
