Job Description

As a Credit and Collections Analyst, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, research, reconcile, and resolve customer account issues to address past dues. Your responsibilities include contacting clients via phone and email to reconcile accounts, resolve delinquencies/disputes, and draft demand letters when needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean portfolio aging within established cash collections and delinquency targets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent math and organizational skills.
