What You Will Get To Do:
Training & Competence Scheme Management
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the scheme, including user setup and record maintenance.
- Manage and update the Training & Competence system.
- Respond to queries via the dedicated inbox and maintain scheme documentation.
- Generate monthly reports for key stakeholders.
- Support and collaborate with offshore teams who run similar training schemes
Professional Qualifications Administration
- Coordinate exam bookings and study material orders for CII, CISI, and Fitch Learning.
- Process invoices and manage the professional qualifications inbox.
Learning Materials & Evaluation
- Maintain version control for learning materials.
- Collect and analyse evaluation data to assess learning impact.
LMS Support
- Administer the SS&C Learning Management System, including course uploads, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Set up new courses and modules as required.
- Provide cover for the L&D support mailbox during absences.
- Escalate eLearning issues proactively to the L&D Manager.
General L&D Support
- Provide flexible support across L&D projects and initiatives.
- Carry out additional duties aligned with your skills and capabilities.
Continuous Professional Development
- Engage in ongoing CPD to stay current with learning trends and best practices.
What you will bring to the role:
Essential:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
- Enthusiasm for learning and development, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Desirable:
- Prior experience in a Learning & Development or HR environment and use of ‘Access learning’ LMS.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and professional qualification bodies (e.g., CII, CISI, Fitch Learning).
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation.
- Background in Financial Services or other regulated industries.
