This hybrid role in Guadalajara, Jalisco, involves managing national clients, increasing and maintaining the portfolio, ensuring timely registration of operations, supporting contract analysis and placement, and collaborating on budget and revenue goals. The role requires detecting opportunities for credit insurance solutions.
Must have:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Law or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Insurance or Banking industry.
  • General technical knowledge of Insurance.
  • Exceptional sales skills, with a proven track record of account growth and revenue generation.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Intermediate English.

  • Management of relationships with external and internal clients.
  • Basic knowledge in Credit Insurance.

Description:

We are looking for a talented person to join our Specialties team at Marsh as Credit Insurance Manager. This position will be located in Guadalajara (Jalisco). It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you for:

  • Serving national clients, increasing and maintaining the own portfolio.
  • Ensuring timely registration of operations to report income.
  • Supporting contract analysis and placement, as well as supervising the application of KPIs to retain and increase the portfolio and maintain client relationships.
  • Analyzing client operations to detect opportunities where credit insurance is the solution.
  • Collaborating in the fulfillment of budgets and revenue goals.

What you need to have:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Law or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Insurance or Banking industry.
