This role focuses on developing HMI display components for connected and autonomous vehicles, including head-up displays and next-generation large displays. Responsibilities involve formulating future strategies and designing components within the evolving SDV framework. Must have:
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle electronics and electrical systems, able to envision vehicle systems necessary for service realization
  • General understanding of vehicle project development processes
  • Experience in component design or system design (regardless of commodity)
  • Team leader experience
  • Communication skills to correctly understand what others say and convey what you want to say in Japanese and English
  • TOEIC: 650 points
Good to have:
  • Possess at least one element development experience required for HMI devices
  • Functional logic development, specification determination
  • Hardware development
  • Mechanical component development
  • Project management experience in component development

Job Description

We are advancing connected technology that can connect with the cloud and smartphones to provide various services to customers inside the car, as well as expanding autonomous driving technology. This will naturally take place within the evolution of the vehicle and its surrounding systems as an SDV. In achieving this, we will formulate future strategies and design components for HMI display devices (head-up displays, next-generation large displays, etc.) that play a crucial role.

Annual Income Range

  • Monthly salary (reference value): 233,000 yen to 439,000 yen
  • *Determined comprehensively considering experience and expertise.*
  • Estimated annual income (reference value): Approximately 4.17 million yen to 7.66 million yen
  • *Monthly salary x 12 months + Bonus (estimated value)*
  • *Bonus amount is a reference value; actual payment timing, amount, and conditions will be determined separately.*
  • *Overtime pay, etc., will be paid separately based on employee wage regulations.*
