Shape the future of mobility at Nissan as a Brand Architecture Specialist. This role focuses on architectural design, project management, and developing customer experience spaces. You will drive the evolution of Nissan and Infiniti's dealer network in Mexico, supporting the execution of construction and remodeling projects. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company standards, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers on design, construction, technical documentation, and monitoring progress to enhance the dealer network.
Must have:
  • Supervise the development of architectural and engineering projects, ensuring technical and financial viability.
  • Coordinate with key suppliers during design, construction, finishing, and equipment stages.
  • Validate technical documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards.
  • Perform installed capacity analysis and profitability projections by location.
  • Support the planning and execution of inauguration and dealer opening events.
  • Maintain updated project databases, plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage the area's budget, process payments, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Propose improvements to facility development processes and generate executive reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial architecture, construction, or retail project management.
  • Coordination of simultaneous projects and construction site monitoring.
  • Upper Intermediate English level.
  • Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and Office (especially Excel).
  • Availability to travel: 20%.

Are you passionate about architectural design, project management, and developing spaces that define the customer experience? At Nissan, we are looking for a Senior Retail Facilities Specialist to drive the evolution of our NISSAN and INFINITI dealer network in Mexico.

You will be responsible for supporting the execution of store construction and remodeling projects, ensuring compliance with company standards. You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to coordinate design, construction, technical documentation, and progress monitoring activities, contributing to the development of the dealer network.

A day in the life of this role:

  • Supervise the development of architectural and engineering projects, ensuring technical and financial viability.
  • Coordinate with key suppliers during design, construction, finishing, and equipment stages.
  • Validate technical documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Computer skills: Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and Office (especially Excel).
  • Desirable proficiency in SketchUp, Power BI (desirable), and Photoshop.
