Rolls-Royce is a global leader in innovative propulsion systems. Our P&C Supply Chain department in Dahlewitz ensures timely, high-quality material supply. We seek a Customer Delivery Controller (m/f/d) to secure material availability for engine development, new construction, and maintenance. Responsibilities include managing material disposition, optimizing inventories, planning demand changes, monitoring delivery capabilities, and handling returns and repairs.
Must have:
  • Ensure short- and medium-term material availability for engine development, new construction, and repair & overhaul.
  • Independently manage a defined range of parts to optimize inventories and ensure material availability.
  • Plan, implement, and adapt demand changes considering delivery capability and production requirements.
  • Assess and monitor delivery capability, identify and process supply chain deviations.
  • Define, coordinate, and control specific delivery call-offs for selected parts and suppliers.
  • Monitor delivery dates, report on agreed delivery programs, and optimize standard processes.
  • Control and monitor returns and repair orders within the complaint process.
  • Completed technical or business administration studies or training with several years of experience in materials management/logistics.
  • Practical experience in material disposition and sound knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes.
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and proficient in MS Office.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of engine function and structure.
  • Knowledge of aviation law (e.g., EASA regulations for maintenance/manufacturing).

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Delivery Controller (m/f/d) who will play a key role in ensuring material availability in the areas of engine development, new construction, and maintenance.

Your tasks:

  • Ensuring short- and medium-term material availability in engine development, new construction, and Repair & Overhaul in close cooperation with global supply chains.
  • Independent disposition of a defined range of parts to optimize inventories and ensure material availability.
  • Planning, implementation, and adaptation of demand changes considering delivery capability and production requirements.
  • Assessment and monitoring of delivery capability, especially in critical situations, and identification and processing of supply chain deviations (e.g., non-conformity management).
  • Definition, coordination, and control of specific delivery call-offs for selected parts and suppliers.
  • Monitoring of delivery dates, reporting on agreed delivery programs, and continuous optimization and adherence to standard processes.
  • Control and monitoring of returns and repair orders within the complaint process.

Your profile:

  • Completed technical or business administration studies (e.g., industrial engineering, business administration) or completed training with several years of experience in materials management/logistics.
  • Practical experience in material disposition and sound knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes.
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and proficient in MS Office.
  • Ideally, knowledge of engine function and structure as well as aviation law (e.g., EASA regulations for maintenance/manufacturing).
  • Strong team and communication skills, a high degree of initiative, and confident demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented way of working and the ability to act effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
