As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering vehicles directly to customers. This part-time role (with full-time potential) involves ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up. Responsibilities include delivering vehicles, familiarizing customers with vehicle features, addressing customer concerns, coordinating with other specialists, managing delivery schedules, and providing feedback for process improvement. You'll be part of a sales, service, and delivery team, collaborating closely to meet targets.
