Casumo is an international online casino company focused on creating fun, exciting, and responsible gaming experiences through innovation and security. They are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador (English) to join their team in a hybrid role. This position involves navigating players throughout their adventure, onboarding, educating, and supporting customers, primarily handling inquiries via live chat and email, managing responsible gaming concerns, and processing escalations efficiently.
Must Have:
  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat and email
  • Manage the RG Ambassadors inbox (top 1 priority alongside live chats)
  • Monitor all inboxes for responsible gaming concerns, legal matters, or spam
  • Process and resolve game provider escalations
  • Manage Jira escalations efficiently
  • Draft and post Trustpilot review responses
  • Support with additional tasks as assigned by Shift Leads or the Manager
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering first-contact resolution
  • Previous experience in live chat or customer service
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on continuously improving performance
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and patiently
  • Ambitious and eager to learn, with a growth-oriented attitude
  • Reliable, hardworking, and positive, bringing energy and commitment to the team

Position Overview:
