Casumo is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Executive to plan, build, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle campaigns. The role involves collaborating with analysts, creatives, and content teams to deliver automated, engaging communications across Casino, Live Casino, and Sportsbook verticals. Responsibilities include building and scheduling automated journeys, implementing segmentation and targeting for personalization, creating data-driven journeys using CRM automation tools, monitoring campaign performance, partnering with production and design teams, running A/B tests, and ensuring campaign compliance with regulatory standards.
Must have:
  • Previous CRM experience in iGaming
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Braze, Optimove)
  • Understanding of segmentation and personalization
  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing and metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and QA skills

Position Overview:
Reporting to our CRM Lifecycle Team Manager, you'll plan, build, and optimise multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive conversion, reduce churn, and bring players back for more. You’ll collaborate with analysts, creatives, and content folks to deliver automated, engaging, and spot-on communications across our verticals - including Casino, Live Casino and Sportsbook.


Responsibilities:

  • Bring campaigns to life: Build, schedule, and QA automated journeys and communications across channels with pixel-perfect execution.

  • Get personal: Implement segmentation and targeting strategies to make messages feel one-on-one, not one-size-fits-all.

  • Automate the magic: Create scalable, data-driven journeys using CRM automation tools to guide players through their lifecycle.

  • Measure what matters: Monitor campaign performance, share insights, and suggest improvements to level up the impact.

  • Team up: Partner with production, design, and content teams to ensure creative assets and messaging are aligned and on-brand.

  • Test, learn, repeat: Run A/B tests and experiment regularly to discover what resonates best with our players.

  • Stay compliant: Make sure all campaigns tick the boxes for regulatory standards and internal QA guidelines.



Requirements:

  • Previous experience in CRM within the iGaming industry, ideally with a focus on automation and lifecycle campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools (such Salesforce, Braze, Optimove or similar).

  • Understanding of segmentation, targeting, and personalisation tactics.

  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing principles and campaign performance metrics.

  • Great attention to detail, with a knack for QA’ing your own work.

  • A collaborative spirit with strong communication skills.
