The Cybersecurity Sr. Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using tools like Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and Delinea. Key responsibilities include managing user lifecycle, developing IAM policies, configuring and optimizing IAM platforms, and collaborating with IT and security teams for integration. The role also involves conducting access reviews, supporting access control processes, monitoring security incidents, and providing technical mentorship.
Good To Have:- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Java) for automation and integration.
Must Have:- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using Okta, SailPoint, OneDS, Microsoft Entra ID, Delinea, and Keyfactor.
- Manage user lifecycle processes, access provisioning, and de-provisioning using SailPoint and Okta.
- Expertise on REST API, to support any integration of SailPoint with target systems and Okta API’s.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, access controls, and security best practices.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM platforms to enhance security and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and systems.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Support role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and identity governance processes.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and IAM-related issues.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
- Document IAM configurations, workflows, and operational processes.
- Expertise on application onboarding, MFA configuration, and policies configuration.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, identity governance, and privileged access management.
- Knowledge on directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in IAM issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree from a university (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline), or equivalent security industry work experience.
