Job Description

This role involves providing operational and technical support for data center computer systems and associated peripheral equipment. The operator will monitor online system performance using software support tools to ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks, interact with clients and support groups for issue resolution, reassign work priorities, participate in on-call rotations, respond to system alerts, and update systems and applications.
Must Have:
  • Provides operational and technical support for data center computer systems and associated peripheral equipment.
  • Monitors online system performance using software support tools to complete all scheduled work in a timely manner.
  • Interacts with clients and appropriate support groups to escalate problems for resolution.
  • Reassigns work priorities according to precedents, policies, and procedures.
  • Participates in on-call rotation; responds to system alerts and problems.
  • Updates systems and applications.
  • Graduation in IT and similar areas.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Operating Systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Office Package (Outlook, Excel and Word).
  • Basic knowledge of Networks.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Internet (connection, navigation, intranet, internet, proxy configuration, CMD tests, etc.).
  • Knowledge in Desktop and printer installation and maintenance.
  • Skill in Organization and Methods.
  • Skill in Negotiation and communication.
  • Skill in Relationships.
