The Department
For more than 30 years, CAA Brand Management has helped brands of all shapes and sizes show up in new consumer product categories, experiences and territories, through licensing, strategic partnerships and joint ventures. CAA Brand Management is a division of Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Together we represent many of the most successful global brands and professionals working in television, film, music, theatre, video games, sports, and digital content. We also provide a range of strategic and marketing consulting services to corporate clients.
The Role
This role will work with legal, finance, brand management and business development departments to ensure all pending agreements are accurately added and maintained in the contract management database.
Responsibilities

Read and understand contractual obligations in IP license agreements

Add new licensees to buyer database

Add new licensing agreements to contract database

Update contract database for renewals and amendments

Update new deal tracking database following contract entry

Review final/signed agreements against database entry to check for accuracy or late changes

Save final/signed agreement copies to appropriate network folders and contract database

Liaise with finance upon completion so invoices issued in a timely manner
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

Previous data entry or related clerical role

Preferred: Previous experience in licensing industry

Preferred: Previous experience using contract management software (Royalty Zone, MyMediaBox, BrandComply, Dependable Solutions)
Location
This role can be remote or based out the Miami Beach office.
Compensation: The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $24.00-$31.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
