FanCode is India’s premier sports destination committed to giving fans a highly personalised experience across content and merchandise for a wide variety of sports. Founded by sports industry veterans Yannick Colaco and Prasana Krishnan in March 2019, FanCode has over 100 million users. Our front-end tech stack includes React Native for mobile apps, React & Redux with SSR for FanCode Web, and Android Native for TV apps. We are heavily focused on video technology, actively working with players like ExoPlayer, AVPlayer, and VideoJS, along with ad integrations and piracy-related solutions. Your Role:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Feature development on native Android TV apps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our apps are current and competitive.
Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of experience with React Native.
- 1-2 years of experience in Android native development.
- Proficiency in Java/Kotlin for Android development.
- Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking.
