This role is for a Data Exchange Specialist (EDI) within Guardian's Advisory/Key Market Operations team. The specialist will focus on establishing and maintaining inbound and outbound EDI connections for eligibility. Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between business and IT, troubleshooting data issues for internal and external customers, assisting with data connection implementation and testing, and collaborating with internal teams to provide superior service. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

If so, you might be our next Advisory/Key Market Data Exchange Analyst.

About the Team!

  • This opportunity is within the Advisory Data Exchange (EDI Set Up) Market Team and will primarily focus on establishing and maintaining inbound and outbound EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) connections related to eligibility.

You will

  • Act as a liaison between the business community and IT
  • Support external and internal customers by troubleshooting data issues, answering questions, and resolving potential problems, including technical and workflow issues
  • Assist customers and third-party administrators with the implementation, testing, and support of inbound and outbound data connections
  • Work collaboratively with internal colleagues on the Advisory/Key Account Implementation and Account Service Management Teams as well as Enrollment & Billing teams to provide superior service

You have

  • 1+ years of experience in Group Benefits Organizations
  • A strong technical aptitude and drive to create service solutions
  • A desire to work in a collaborative environment to provide outside-the-box solutions for our largest customers
  • A self-starter who is fueled by collaboration, able to transform conceptual thinking into executable insights, and thrives in partnering across the company to achieve high levels of service to your internal and external customers

Location

This is a remote position with travel as determined by your people leader for meetings.

Salary Range:

$48,170.00 - $72,260.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
