Must have:
  • Demonstrate ITIL process knowledge and proficiency in service management.
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for high service delivery.
  • Plan and manage shifts for 24/7 operational support.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
  • Ensure operational processes are documented and adhered to.
  • Handle Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvements.
  • Manage collection, storage, and processing of large datasets.
  • Ensure reliability, efficiency, and security of data platforms.
  • Support AI & ML Operations.
  • Collaborate to develop, test, and optimize AI and ML models.
  • Implement monitoring tools for AI/ML systems performance.
  • Optimize AI/ML algorithms and workflows.
  • Oversee API development and maintenance for seamless integration.
  • Ensure APIs are reliable, secure, and scalable.
  • Establish and implement quality assurance strategies.
  • Oversee testing, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality policies.
  • Lead a team of data and QA engineers and support staff.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and upskilling of junior resources.

With a focus on hands-on technical experience and leadership skills, you will drive impactful outcomes and collaborate with global stakeholders to align data initiatives with business objectives, fostering innovation in healthcare data solutions.

  • Enable the democratization and productization of data assets to drive insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Demonstrate ITIL process knowledge in delivering services and proficiency in service management.

Data & Platform Management:

  • Manage the collection, storage, and processing of large datasets required for various business operations.
  • Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of data platforms.
  • AI & ML Operations Support
  • Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop, test, and optimize AI and ML models for various use cases.
  • Implement monitoring tools and processes to continuously evaluate the performance of AI/ML systems.
  • Optimize AI/ML algorithms and workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and speed.
  • API Support
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of APIs to ensure seamless integration between systems and applications.
  • Ensure APIs are reliable, secure, and scalable to meet business needs.

Quality Assurance Support:

  • Establish, develop, and implement quality assurance strategies.
  • Oversee testing processes, analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality policies.
  • Team Management
  • Lead a team of data and QA engineers and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Facilitate and enable onboarding, training, and upskilling of junior resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–9 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on data platforms, AI/ML operations, and API support.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
  • Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and data warehousing solutions like Snowflake.
  • Understanding of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
