Job Description

The Data Preparer is responsible for the timely and high-quality editing of primary and author content entering the content management system. The employee is responsible for the standardized editing of primary and author content.
Good To Have:
  • Basic English language skills
Must Have:
  • Edit content on time according to unified principles, check for formal (tree-structure) aspects, prepare newsletters
  • Accuracy, error-free, high professional standard of data preparation
  • Speed, work scheduling by priority, adherence to deadlines
  • Maintain contact with data preparers, legal editors, and other editorial staff, especially senior and key senior staff
  • Understand the IT background for efficient workflow execution
  • Maintain records related to workflows
  • Secondary education
  • Proficient computer user knowledge: thorough knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, etc.), Teams knowledge
  • Knowledge of content, data structures, standards
  • Thorough knowledge of workflows, databases, document management
  • Good cooperation skills
  • Creativity, precision
  • Teamwork, reliability, resilience
